Firstly, you must know the difference between Natural numbers, whole numbers and Integers.

Natural Numbers: 1,2,3,4.....

Whole Numbers: 0,1,2,3,4......

Integers: .....-3,-2,-1,0,1,2,3.........

Therefore, it is pretty obvious to guess the answer now.

In between -15 and +15 there lies 29 integers. {-14,-13...-1,0,1,2...14}.

The given question is integers can be lies between the  -15 to 15 and they are -14,-13,-12,-11,-10,-9,-8,-7,-6,-4,-3,-2,-1,0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14 and the you have to count all the integers which you have find out.

And you have to add the numbers how many and the added number is 29. So totally 29 integers.
