S.P. of 1 kg mixture = Rs.23Gain = 15%.
C.P. of 1 kg mixture = Rs.[(100/115)*23]=Rs.20
By the rule of alligation,
C_P. of 1 kg wheat of 1st kind C.P. of 1 kg wheat of 2nd kind
Rs. 24 Rs.18.40
mean price=Rs.20

(20-18.40=1.60) (24-20=4)

Wheat of 1st kind : Wheat of 2nd kind = 1.60 : 4
Let x kg of wheat of 1st kind be mixed with 30 kg of wheat of 2nd kind.
Then, 1.6:4=x:30
==>x=(1.6*30)/4=12 kg
