Answer:

If we select any two points then we can draw a line between them. Total number of ways to select any 2 points out of 10 points is (102)=45 .

P.S- If we have collinear points then we might had to subtract some case as a unique line would have passed through 3 points..but in the above case a unique line can pass through only 2 points
