2C2h6 + 7O2 ---> 4 co2 + 6 h20
By this equation 2 moles of c2h6 mean 60 gram of c2h5 need 7 mole of O2
Hence
Volume = mole × 22.4
= 7 × 22.4
= 156.8 liter of volume is required
Hope it helps you

2C2H6+7O2---->4CO2+6H2O
molar mass of C2H6=30g
no of moles=60/30=2 moles
looking at above reaction we can say that
2 moles of C2H6 require 7 moles of O2
1 mole of O2 occupies 22.4 dm^3 at S.T.P
7 moles of O2 will occupy 22.4×7
=156.8 litres
