Minimum marks required in class 12 for giving aiims entrance test for mbbs. You should have minimum 60% marks as a general category & belonging to SC, ST and OPH categories should have obtained at least50% to apply for AIIMS entrance exam.

Hey there!

You should have minimum 60% marks as a general category & belonging to SC, ST and OPH categories should have obtained at least 50% to apply for AIIMS entrance exam. For further information you can go through with given below link.
