I think u get 1.5 or 2 marks  out of 3 marks cz your diagram dont show neatness .

u can get 3/3 marks but little effort will be required . first of all

• mention your topic name with diagram ,
• then make your diagram with pen or pointer for nice expression n for clarify this .
• and the last thing is that pls write the highlights under the diagram  with marker such as u write normal eye , write this with marker e.g ; Normal eye .
