l=50 mm
b=40 mm
h=25 mm
Volume of match box=lbh
                                  =50 × 40 × 25 mm³
Dimensions of cartoon are
L=1/2 m=500 mm
B=40 cm=400 mm
H= 25 cm=250 mm
Volume of Cartoon=LBH
                              =500 × 400 × 250
No.of match boxes can be picked=(LBH)/(lbh)
                                                     =(500 × 400 × 250)/(50 × 40 × 25)
                                                     =1000
