Area of room is 12x8=96 metre square.
Carpet required is 96/0.75=128 metre

we know that
the length of room = 12m
breadth = 8m
so total area = 12×8
= 96 m^2
and here given that breadth = 75 cm = .75 m
and the area is equal of both carpet n floor...so
area of floor = area of carpet
96 = .75 × length of carpet
length of carpet = 96/.75
length = 128 m
