It gives us the energy we need for a new day. Next comes the lunch. We have it in the afternoon from around 1:00 to 2:00. It increases our energy level and gives us a boost. The last meal is the dinner. We have it during night. It helps us sleep at night and gives energy for the parts inside our body to work while we are sleeping. These are the most important meals we should have in a day. If they are not taken then it can affect us really badly. We may feel tired during the day and we may also not be able to work properly or fall asleep. Therefore everyone should have these meals
