There are 23 members now!

Before there were 21, but with the release of NCT 2020, it has been confirmed that not only is WayV actually a part of NCT, but there will be two trainees debuting as well. They’re names are Shotaro and Sungchan.

There are 4 sub-units in NCT as of now. NCT Dream, NCT 127, NCT U and WayV. WayV is the Chinese sub-unit but they are still a part of NCT. (Everyone who said otherwise is ) Fans speculate that the two new trainees or one of them will lead to the formation of NCT’s Japanese unit, but we will have to see.

Below I’ll list each member from youngest to oldest and what unit they’re in. Note that NCT U is a sub-unit that does not have a set line-up. If there is a member that fits the specific NCT U song, then they will be included but that same member need not promote a different NCT U song. Thus, any member can be part of NCT U.

This is the official line up. There can be more people added, but as of right now, this is it. Here’s a little chart that explains it. Not much as been told to us about the last two members and therefore, I don’t have much info to tell you about them. We’ll start to learn more in the coming weeks.
