The constitution of India awards the Governor of a state the power to nominate 01 person to legislative assembly from ango- indian community ,if he feels they are not properly represented . Moreover he also has the power to nominate 1/6 th members of state legislative councils from the person's recognised in some special fields such as literature, arts,science,social services etc.
