CSA of cone =

$l = \sqrt{h {}^{2} + r {}^{2} }$
$l = \sqrt{576 + 49}$
$l = \sqrt{625} = 25m$
$csa = 22 \div 7 \times 7 \times 25 = 550m {}^{2}$
therefore , 550m of cloth will be required to make this conical tent
