How many metres of a carpet 60 cm wide will be required to cover the floor of a room which is 18 metres long and 15 metres broad?​

Answer:

18m=1800cm

15m=1500cm

area=(1800×1500) cm²

=2700000cm²

carpet length=2700000cm² ÷ 60=45000cm

450m
