how many metres of earth must be dug out to sink a well which is 60 M Deep and which has a radius of 3.5 metre if the earth is taken out is spread over a rectangular plot dimensions 25 cm into 16 cm what is the height of the platform so formed​

volume of cylinder = 22/7(pie)×r×2h

=22/7×35/10×120

=22×5×12

=1320 m3

now

let the plot be a cuboid

it's height be

volume of cuboid =l b h

=16×25×h

=400h is volume

now 1320 volume dirt must be filled in 400h volume cuboid

1320 =400h

1320/400=h

3.3=h

correct answer is 3.3cm
