\checkmark To Find:

How many molecules of water are produced from 19.2 g of B₂H₆

\checkmark Solution:

We know that,

\green{\sf Mass  \ of \ B_{2}H_{6}=(2 \times 11)+(6 \times 1) \ g}

\star Chemical Equation

\red{\boxed{\sf B_{2}H_{6}+3O_{2} \longrightarrow B_{2}O_{3}+3H_{2}O}}

From the above equation

We can clearly observe that,

28 g of B₂H₆ gives 3

Therefore,

19.2 g of B₂H₆ gives ? molecules of water

This can be represented mathematically,

\blue{\sf 28g \ B_{2}H_{6} \longrightarrow 3 \ molecules \ of \ water}

\red{\sf 19.2g \ B_{2}H_{6} \longrightarrow x \ molecules \ of \ water}

Hence,

\orange{\sf x=\dfrac{19.2 \times 3}{28} \ molecules \ of \ water}

\pink{\implies \sf x = 2.057 \ molecules \ of \ water}

Therefore,

2.057 molecules of water are produced from 19.2 g of B₂H₆
