Normally Oxygen gas is actually O₂

thus ther would be exactly the same amount of both, because they are the same thing.  

Unless by "Oxygen gas" you mean unbonded Oxygen atoms.  

 

if so, then there should be 0.6×10^22

Explanation:

This is because there are two Oxygen atoms in each Molecule of O₂, and thus half as many molecules of it as there are atoms of it.
