How many moles of acetic anhydride reacts with 1 mole of glucose

The maximum no of moles of acetic anhydride is five because glucose forms penta acetate with acetic anhydride this is formed by the reaction between five OH gps present in glucose with five moles of acetic anhydride actually this is an ester formation between OH gp of glucose and COOH gp of anhydride
