9.109×10^-31 kg is the mass of one electron in kg.

So, no. of electrons in 1 kg = 1/9.109×10^-31

= 1.0978 × 10^30

As one mole = 6.02×10^23

so, no. of moles = 1.0978 × 10^30/ 6.02×10^23

= 1.82361×10^6 moles of electrons
