One mole of glucose weighs 180 grams(approx.). So, there will be 900/180= 5 moles of glucose in 900 grams of glucose.

Molecular weight of glucose =180g

Thus, 180g =1 mole

So, 5.40 g= 5.4/180=0.03moles.
