2 C + O2 -------------------> 2 CO

2 mole (24 gram ) of C give 56 gram of CO

now 56 gram CO by 24 gram of graphite

then 1 gram CO by 24÷56 gram of graphite

{dividing both sides by 56}

then 13.2 gram CO by ( 24÷56 ) × 13.2 = 5.6 gram graphite

12 gram Graphite = 1 mole

5.6 gram Graphite = 0.471 moles
