Reaction for the decomposition of the lead nitrate is given below,

2Pb(NO₃)₂ ---------→ 2PbO + 4NO₂ + O₂

From this reaction,

2 mole of the Lead Nitrate is Producing 22.4 liter of Oxygen.

∴ 22.4 liter of Oxygen is Produced by the 2 mole of Lead Nitrate.

∴ 224 liter of Oxygen is Produced by the 2/22.4 × 224 = 20 mole of Lead Nitrate.

Hence, the moles of the Lead Nitrate Required to Produce 224 liter of Oxygen gas is 20.

Hope it helps.
