This is AIEEE question asked in 2010 or 11. And, 0.25 mole O atom will have 0.25*1/8 =1/32 moles. 1 mole of magnesium phosphate contains 8 moles of oxygen atoms ( as can be seen from chemical formula of magnesium phosphate there are 8 atoms of oxygen in one molecule of magnesium phosphate)
