How many moles of NaOH are present in 27ml of 0.015M NaOH solution?

wt of NaOH in 27 ml = 40x0.15x27/1000  

= 0.162 gm  

mol of NaOH = 0.162/40 = 0.00405 mol

Molarity=no. of moles of (n)/volume of Sol. × 1000.

0.15= no. of moles of

(n)/27×1000.

27×0.15=no. of moles of (n)×1000

27×0.15÷1000=no of

moles of (n)

=0.045 (ans).
