First we write the balanced chemical equation.

2C3H6 + 9O2 -------> 6CO2 + 6H2O

NOW

We can see that 6 moles H2O are being produced from 9 moles of O2.

So 1 mole H2O will be produced from 9/6 moles of O2.

20 moles of H2O will be produced from 9/6x20 = 30 moles of O2.

So the required answer is 30 moles.

I hope this helps you.

Incase you still have doubt feel free to ask.

Answer:

 <small> Water is an inorganic, transparent, tasteless,odorless, and nearly colorless chemical substance, which is the main constituent ofEarth's hydrosphere and the fluids of most livingorganisms. It is vital for all known forms of life, even though it provides no calories or organicnutrients. Its chemical formula is H2O, meaning that each of its molecules contains one oxygenand two hydrogen atoms, connected by covalent bonds. Water is the name of the liquid state of H2O at standard ambient temperature and pressure. It forms precipitation in the form of rainand aerosols in the form of fog. Clouds are formed from suspended droplets of water andice, its solid state. When finely divided, crystallineice may precipitate in the form of snow. The gaseous state of water is steam or water vapor. Water moves continually through the water cycleof evaporation, transpiration(evapotranspiration), condensation, precipitation, and runoff, usually reaching the sea
