for making the solution's molarity 0.1 , 0.1 moles of NaOH should be added

MOLARITY = NO: OF MOLES OF SUBSTANCE(n)÷VOLUME (in litres)

substituting values ,

0.1m = n÷1L

∴ n=0.1
