First term in this series will be 12. also the last digit will be 248.

the the series will be 12,16,20……….248.

it is a arithmetic series with first term a=12 and common difference of 4.

with last term as 248.

so 248=12+(n-1)x4 (lets assume it has n such numbers.)

(n-1).4= 248–12=236

n-1=236/4=59

n=59+1=60.

so 60 multiples of 4 lie between 10 and 250.

Answer:

first multiple between 0 and 250 is 4 and last multiple is 248

So AP = 4,8,12,-------,248

a = 4

d = 8 - 4 = 4

an = 248

n = ?

an = a + (n-1)d

248 = 4 + (n-1)4

244 = 4n - 4

4n = 248

Therefore n = 64

64 multiples of 4 lie b/w 0 and 250
