$= \frac{6 \times 5 \times 4 \times 3 \times 2 \times 1}{3 \times 2 \times 1} - \frac{5 \times 4 \times 3 \times 2 \times 1}{3 \times 2 \times 1} \\ \\ = 120 - 20 \\ \\ = 100$
