Answer- Minimum 3 NOR gates are required to obtain AND operation.

We know that NOR gate is a universal gate because we can obtain any gate using NOR gate.

There is one other gate which is also known as a universal gate,that is NAND gate.

We can build any other gate using one of NOR & NAND gates.
