Four nucleotides are present in DNA to code insulin in human body.

Explanation:

Insulin is a protein with 51 amino acids. It is made up of two chains namely “A” chain and “B” chain.

For coding of one amino acids three nucleotides has to combine together. As here 50 different amino acids are involved all the four nucleotide present in DNA are involved in secretion of insulin. Thus it can be inferred that all the 4 nucleotide namely “Adenine”, “Guanine”, “Thymine” and “cytosine” are involved in insulin secretion.
