first number in this series which is divisible by 3 = 300
and last = 498
now....
according to AP
a = 300
d = 3
and l = 498
a + (n-1)d = 498
300+(n-1) 3 = 498
(n-1) 3 = 198
n-1 = 66
n = 67
so there are 67 number between 300 and 500 which are divisible by 3
