hope it helps you buddy❤☺

Explanation:

As the number(lets say N) leaves a remainder 1 when divided by 3

Therefore, N = 3Q + 1

Now when Q is divided by 2, it leaves a remainder 1

Therefore, Q = 2I + 1

Now, putting this value of Q in the first equation, we get

=> N = 3( 2I + 1) + 1

=> N = 6I + 4

Therefore, N/6 = (6I/6) + (4/6)

6I is a multiple of 6 so it will leave the remainder 0, whereas 4 on division by 6 will leave the remainder as 4 itself.

Hence, the remainder will be 0+4 = “4”.
