Answer: The number of numbers greater than 20000 that can be formed using the digits 0 1 2 3 4 9, digits being repeated, is 5,183.

• If we replace the digit 2 in '20000' by 2,3,4,9 we will get numbers greater than '20000' so number of digits we can put in that place is 4

•Again in the other places that is from thousandths place to ones place we can put any of the 6 digit between 0,1,2,3,4,9 and the number we get will be greater than '20000'.

•So total number of numbers formed in this way is 4x6x6x6x6=5,184.

•But then we are also counting the number '20000' which is not greater than the number itself, so we subtract 1 from 5,184.

Thus the answer we get is 5,184-1=5,183.
