3
Ap of no between 10 and 30 when divided by 4 leaves remainder 3 = 11,15,19,....,27
So a = 11
d= 4
an= 27
So
an = a+(n-1)d
27= 11 +(n-1) 4
16=(n-1)4
16÷4=n-1
4=n-1
n = 4+1
=5

kanu10490: How we will get 11;15;19
kanu10490: Thanks sirr
bhavyayadavbitu398: First given no.is 10 which will leave a remainder 2.Then next no.is 11 which leaves remainder 3.So 11 is the first no. Now add 4 in 11 and each next no.

The numbers are as follow:-
1. 15
4)15(3
12
--------
3
2. 19
4)19(4
16
------------
3
3. 23
4)23(5
20
-------------
3
4. 27
4)27(6

In these all the cases we see that there 3 is remainder 15,19,23 & 27
