(a)The total Number of 4 digit numbers are 840

the possibility of first digit is 7

the possibility of second  digit is 6

the possibility of third digit is 5

the possibility of fourth digit is 4

hence no of possibilty is 7*6*5*4=840

(b) Let the last digit be 2,

then no of possibility of forming the digit is 6*5*4=120

same way with last digit as 4,6.

hence the total no of possibility is 120*3=360

(c) the numbers greater than 3400 are 80+120+120+120+120=560
