The digits 2 3 2 0 3 3 can be arranged in 6!/(3!*2!) = 720/(2*6) = 60 ways. However, the arrangements which start with 0 are not valid 6-digit numbers, and therefore, they must be subtracted from 60. There are 5!/(2!*3!) = 120/12 = 10 such arrangements of 0 in front of the 5 nonzero digits.

Therefore, there are 60 -10 = 50 valid 6-digit numbers that can be formed from 2 3 2 0 3 3. The smallest number is 202333, and the largest 333220.
