numbers less than 1000 = numbers will contain 3 digits, 2 digits and single digit

3 digits = 3×4×2 = 24
2 digits = 3×2 = 6
single digit = 2

now, add all the numbers = 24+6+2 =
32 numbers can be formed with 0,2,5,7
