if i was to rank the most popular cartoon shows in india in 2016 I would rank them as follows:-

10. Sally Bollywood
09. Pakdam Pakdai
08. Chaplin
07. Motu Patlu
06. Roll No 21
05. Ben 10
04. Shinchan
03. Tom and Jerry
02. Doraemon
01. Chota Bheem

Personally, though I don't like it at all, but chota Bheem has astonishingly secured the first rank in this list and is liked by almost all kids throughout India.
