For the compound Ma2b2c2, the M is the central metal atom surrounded by the B and the C atoms which occupy respective positions, from the diagram we get that the enantiomeric pairs will be 1 for the above compound so, the number of sterioisomers will be of 6 types.

For the compound Ma2b2cd we again have the central atom as M and the other atoms are placed at different positions while there will be 2 enantiomers since, there are 2 different ligand atoms and the sterioisomers will be 8.
