Hello friend

First let us find the volume of both the pit and the plank

Pit and the plank are in a cuboidal shape

Volume of cuboid lbh=length*breadth*height

Volume of plank=500cm*25cm*10cm

=125000cm³

Volume of the pit=2000cm*600cm*80

=96000000cm³

No of planks that can go into the pit will be given by

Volume of the pit/volume of the plank

=96000000/125000

=768

So 768 planks of that kind can get into the pit

Hope it helps!
