first of all we will have to convert the given dimensions into a same unit....
therefore
for plank =
l = 200
b = 25
h = 8
and for wooden block.
l' = 500
b'= 70
c'= 3.2
now...
volume of plank * no. of planks = volume of block
I.e.
200*25*8 * x = 500*70*32. ( let the no. be x)
x = 500*70*32/200*25*8*10 = 2.8
therefore 2 complete planks can be made from the block
