Explanation:

Rules of Field Hockey  

1. Each group is comprised of 11 players and 6 substitutes.  

2. Each player has a hockey stick of which they can just utilize one side of the stick to hit the ball.  

3. A goal is scored when the ball is effectively hit into the adversary's objective from inside the 16 yard territory.  

4. The ball must be passed or spilled utilizing the stick and no other body part is permitted to purposefully come into contact with the ball.  

5. A foul or encroachment is considered when a player:  

• Intentionally attempts to hit the ball off another player with the expectation of making hurt that player.  
• Deliberately utilizes a body part to help with moving or halting the ball.
• Hits the ball with the adjusted side of their hockey stick.  
• Raise their stick above midsection stature.
