2 poles north and a South pole if u frewwly fall the magnet magnet comes to exact position and tell about North and south

A magnet has two poles:-
1.North pole (it is called as because when we leave a magnet in its free position then it will show its magnetism on south pole according to earth,as same poles attract each other)
2.South pole (it is called as because when we leave a magnet in its free position then it will show its magnetism then it will show magnetism to north side of earth).
