So you have 100 pollen grains as each microspore will do meiosis and produce four haploid cells.
The same will happen for megaspore cell but out of four haploids, only one will develop into ovule so only 25 ovules.

The number of pollen grains likely to be formed in the anther of an angiosperm bearing 25 Microspore Mother cells is 100 as it will follow the process of meiosis and give rise to four haploid cells.

Similarly, for a Megaspore Mother cell the number of ovules formed in the ovary is 25 as only a single ovule is developed out of the four haploid cells.
