As its been stated before, Hydrogen has 3 common isotopes, hydrogen (aka "protium", 1 proton, 0 neutrons), deuterium (1 proton, 1 neutron) and tritium (1 proton, 2 neutrons). These isotopes can be found in nature, but I believe the relatively rare tritium is a byproduct of nuclear fission.
