How many rational numbers lie between -1/3 and 1/3

Hello mate, it's very simple it's zero only zero.

you can test it on a number line. First mark 0 and on the left side make three parts to the number one and the first part will be 1 upon 3 then you will come on the right that is positive then Mark 3 parts of number 1 then the first part will be 1 upon 3 and the third part will be three upon 3 that is 1 then you will see that the rational number that is between minus 1 upon 3 and 1 upon 3 is only zero.
