The normal RBC count of human adult male is 4.7–6.1 million cells per microliter.

The normal RBC count of human adult female is 4.2–5.4 million cells per microliter.

Hence, taking the average values of all the counts.

RBC count in males = 5.4×5.1×10 raised to power of 15 which is about 27.5 Quadrillion.

RBC count in females = 4.8×5.1×10 raised to the power of 15 which equals to 24.5 Quadrillion.
