Here is your answer.

Length of plot = 14m
Breadth of plot = 12.5m

Area of rectangle = l × b

= 14 × 12.5

 = 175 {m}^{2}

Now,

(1m = 100cm)

Length of tiles = 10cm.

= 0.1m

Breadth of tiles = 7cm

= 0.07m

Area of tiles = 0.1 × 0.07

 = 0.007m {}^{2}
Now,

Number of tiles required = Area of plot \ Area of tiles

 =  \frac{175}{0.007}  \\  \\  = 25000
Therefore, 25,000 tiles are required.

Cost per hundred tiles = Rs. 70

 =  \frac{25000 \times 70}{100}  \\  \\  = 17500
Therefore, Rs. 17,500 is required.
