Hi friend! The following answer is going to clear your arduous doubt.
1m = 100cm 
1km = 1000m
So, 1km = 100000cm
All you have to do is divide 440000 by 70, which = 62857.14
Therefore number of revolutions reqd. to travel 4.4 km by a cycle of wheel's radius 70cm = 62857.14
