There are 24 hrs in a day.....

There are 24 x60 =1440 min in a day....

There are 1440x60 = 86400 sec in a day.....

There are 86400 seconds in a day. This is as there are 24 hours in a day; and there are 3600 seconds in an hour. 3600 x 24 = 86400.
