When we adopted the constitution of india their were 395 articles 22 parts and 8 schedules in the constitution, currently the constitution has 448 articles 25 parts and 12 schedule.

Right now constitution has 22 parts in total these parts cover the diffrent fields of the governance. First I want to correct you that constitution has articles not sections . when constitution came into effect on 26 jab 1950 , it had 395 articles . With amendments it has reached to 465 articles so far .
